- Investigate and resolve allegations of misconduct within the organization.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure ethical conduct and compliance with regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and leadership on ethical dilemmas and compliance issues.
- Conduct regular trainings and workshops to promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent adherence to ethical standards.
