
Ethics Manager, Allegations Management

- Conduct thorough and objective investigations into allegations of unethical behavior, including but not limited to fraud, corruption, and conflicts of interest.
- Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to identify and address potential ethical risks within the organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on ethical standards and expectations.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on ethical dilemmas and concerns.
- Monitor and report on the organization's overall ethical performance, including identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees to report potential ethical violations and manage a confidential reporting system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations related to ethics and compliance and make recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures as needed.
- Lead by example and promote a culture of ethical behavior and integrity throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with external partners, such as legal counsel and regulatory bodies, as necessary.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders to communicate the organization's ethical performance.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and developments in corporate ethics and compliance.
- Supervise a team of ethical officers and other staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure that all investigations are conducted in a timely and thorough manner, with appropriate documentation and follow-up.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and data privacy requirements in handling sensitive information related to ethics investigations.
Extensive Knowledge Of Ethical Principles And Standards: A Successful Ethics Manager At Mckinsey & Company Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Ethical Principles And Standards, As Well As The Ability To Apply Them In Complex Situations. This Includes Staying Up-To-Date On Industry Best Practices And Regulations.
