We are seeking a highly skilled and ethical individual to join our team as an Ethics Manager, Allegations Management at McKinsey & Company.   1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the allegations management process within the organization, ensuring that all allegations are properly investigated and addressed in a timely and thorough manner.
  2. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a culture of ethical behavior and compliance throughout the organization.
  3. Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into allegations of misconduct, working closely with relevant stakeholders to gather all necessary information and evidence.
  4. Analyze and evaluate evidence to determine the validity of allegations and make recommendations for appropriate actions to be taken in response.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all investigations, including findings, recommendations, and outcomes.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on ethical principles, compliance regulations, and best practices for managing allegations of misconduct.
  7. Communicate and collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to provide updates on investigations and ensure appropriate action is taken to address any issues identified.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in ethical standards and compliance regulations, and make recommendations for improvements to internal processes and procedures.
  9. Serve as a resource for employees seeking guidance on ethical conduct and reporting potential violations.
  10. Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information related to investigations and allegations of misconduct.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Ethics, Law, Or Human Resources.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ethics Management Or Allegations Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Corporate Environment.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Ethical Principles And Regulations, Including Anti-Corruption Laws And Codes Of Conduct.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Resolving Complex Ethical Issues And Investigations.
