- Develop and implement ethical policies and procedures in alignment with the firm's values and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ethical principles and standards, providing guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Lead the Allegations Management team in investigating and resolving allegations of ethical misconduct.
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to proactively identify potential ethical issues and provide guidance on how to address them.
- Monitor and evaluate the firm's ethical performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and deliver training programs to promote a strong culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organization.
- Stay informed about current industry trends and regulations related to ethics and compliance and make recommendations for adjustments to the firm's policies and procedures.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance or reporting potential ethical concerns.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance with ethical standards and promptly address any identified issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Law, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ethics, Compliance, Or Risk Management
In-Depth Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Ethics And Allegations Management
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information With Discretion.
