  1. Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all project-related matters.
  3. Collaborate closely with consultants to develop and implement effective strategies and solutions for clients.
  4. Drive project planning and execution, including defining project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  5. Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
  6. Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the development of innovative and impactful solutions for clients.
  7. Communicate project updates and progress to both internal teams and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  9. Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and excel in their roles.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance project delivery and client outcomes.
