Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to attract top talent to the company.
- Write compelling, engaging content for a variety of platforms including website, social media, email campaigns, etc.
- Develop effective recruitment materials such as job descriptions, company profiles, and career stories.
- Utilize data and analytics to gain insights into the effectiveness of content.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on best practices for talent attraction.
- Collaborate with marketing and recruitment teams to ensure content is in line with the company's values and goals.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring a high degree of accuracy and quality.
- Ensure all content meets the company's brand standards and guidelines.
- Develop editorial processes and procedures to ensure consistent quality.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
