2. Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and in line with our company’s brand and style guide.
3. Edit and proofread content such as job postings, press releases, website copy, and newsletters.
4. Collaborate with other members of the Talent Attraction team to ensure content meets their needs.
5. Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure content is up to date.
6. Ensure all content is optimized for search engine optimization (SEO).
7. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve content.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners.
