  1. Develop and implement strategies to transform payroll operations for clients globally.
  2. Lead and manage a team of payroll experts, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
  4. Conduct in-depth analysis of current payroll processes and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized solutions.
