- Develop and execute a strategic plan for payroll transformation, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their current payroll processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Lead a team of payroll experts to design and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in payroll operations.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay informed on industry trends and best practices in payroll transformation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and serving as a trusted advisor.
- Monitor and track the progress of payroll transformation initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior leadership and clients, highlighting key insights and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations related to payroll, ensuring compliance in all transformation efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR and finance, to ensure seamless integration of payroll transformation initiatives.
- Act as a change agent, driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Manage budget and resources effectively, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of payroll transformation projects.

Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Payroll Transformation And/Or Hr Consulting
Strong Understanding Of Global Payroll Processes, Technologies, And Compliance Requirements
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Payroll Transformation Projects For Multinational Companies
Exceptional Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Workstreams And Stakeholders Simultaneously
