Director of Compliance, Privacy

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain policies, procedures and processes related to compliance and privacy.
2. Monitor and investigate potential compliance and privacy issues.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance and privacy matters.
5. Lead and manage teams to ensure compliance and privacy objectives are achieved.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulators and other organizations.
7. Develop and monitor performance metrics related to compliance and privacy.
8. Analyze data and trends to identify areas of risk and potential improvement.
9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance and privacy objectives are integrated into business operations.
10. Monitor and report on compliance and privacy performance.
