Director of Compliance, Privacy

McKinsey & Company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director of Compliance, Privacy to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive compliance and privacy program to ensure that the organization operates in accordance with all applicable laws. You will also be responsible for overseeing the operations of the compliance and privacy department, including developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring that the team is properly trained and equipped to handle complex legal and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the laws and regulations applicable to compliance and privacy. We are looking for a self-starter who can be a leader in developing and implementing our compliance and privacy framework, and who is passionate about protecting our customers’ data.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., law, business, information systems, accounting, etc.)• 5+ years of experience in a compliance and/or privacy-related role• Experience in developing and implementing compliance and privacy frameworks• Ability to analyze complex legal and regulatory matters• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

4. Analyze complex legal and regulatory matters.
5. Lead the development and implementation of the compliance and privacy framework.
6. Monitor and report on compliance and privacy performance.
7. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of applicable laws and regulations.
8. Respond to customer inquiries regarding privacy and compliance.
9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Liaise with external legal counsel and other professional advisors.
