Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement compliance and privacy policies for McKinsey & Company in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Monitor and analyze legal trends and updates in the data privacy space to ensure compliance with changing regulations.
3. Advise and create strategies for senior management on risk management and governance matters.
4. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and privacy standards are met.
5. Collaborate with legal counsel to resolve any potential compliance or privacy issues.
6. Ensure that all employees are properly trained in data privacy and compliance protocols.
7. Develop and implement protocols for data collection, storage, and destruction to ensure privacy.
8. Oversee the development and maintenance of a secure IT infrastructure to protect data.
9. Monitor and audit compliance and privacy operations to identify and mitigate risks.
10. Develop and lead compliance and privacy-focused initiatives.
