
Director of Client Arrangements
At McKinsey & Company, we are looking for an experienced Director of Client Arrangements to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and strategic professional with excellent communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing our client arrangements operations, from initial contact to the execution of the services we offer.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, as well as at least five years of experience in a client arrangements role. You must also have a demonstrated track record of successful client negotiations and a deep understanding of the services and products our company offers. Furthermore, you must possess strong problem-solving skills and be comfortable working both independently and in a team setting.If you have a passion for providing high-level customer service, possess strong leadership qualities, and have an enthusiasm for working with clients from diverse backgrounds, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all client arrangements operations, from initial contact to service delivery
- Negotiate and execute contracts with clients
- Ensure client satisfaction with services and products offered
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients

- Facilitate communication between clients and staff
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Serve as a mentor to junior staff
