
Director, Firm Controllership

- Lead the Firm Controllership team in driving financial excellence and ensuring compliance across the organization.
- Develop and implement best-in-class financial processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team of controllers.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with other departments and senior leadership to drive financial performance and achieve organizational goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Represent the Firm Controllership team in meetings and presentations to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of financial processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Uphold the values and standards of McKinsey & Company and act as a role model for other employees.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Reporting And Regulatory Compliance.
Proven Track Record Of Managing Complex Financial Operations And Developing Strategic Financial Plans.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
