Digital Delivery Analyst - McKinsey Academy

You’ll oversee all operational aspects of delivering digital courses to our clients, including: participant onboarding and user management, engagement-focused communications, customer support, Teaching Assistant (TA) management and analytics/reporting. For example, you’ll be responsible for systems enrollment, group configuration and designing/hosting online kickoff sessions. In addition, you’ll communicate with participants, sponsors and TAs to drive engagement and achievement of course and program objectives. You’ll also provide support for participants as they move through their learning journey. For reporting, you’ll use data to drive impact, engagement, and improve our offerings. During and after course runs, you’ll monitor and analyze quantitative/qualitative data from multiple sources on the participant experience. You will provide recommendations for improvement based on your analysis.
