  1. Manage and maintain all data and databases for the firm, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and security.
  2. Utilize data analysis and interpretation skills to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support growth, marketing, and sales strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions to address business challenges.
  4. Develop and implement data management policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality and integrity.
  5. Regularly monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance data management capabilities.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management and make recommendations for implementation.
  8. Act as a liaison between the data team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
  9. Train and support team members on data management tools, techniques, and processes.
  10. Foster a culture of data-driven decision making by promoting the use of data and analytics across the organization.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive data in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  12. Take ownership of projects and initiatives related to data management and ensure timely and successful completion.
  13. Proactively identify and resolve data-related issues and provide timely and accurate solutions.
  14. Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, meeting tight deadlines.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve data management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Data Management, Statistics, Business Analytics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Data Management, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Results-Driven Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Marketing And Sales Data Analytics, Including Customer Segmentation, Campaign Analysis, And Roi Tracking.

  • Proficiency In Data Management And Analysis Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, And Excel, As Well As Experience With Crm And Marketing Automation Platforms.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Deliver Strategic Insights To Drive Business Growth.
