  1. Manage and oversee all data-related initiatives for the Growth, Marketing & Sales team.
  2. Develop and implement data collection, storage, and analysis processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements.
  4. Utilize statistical and analytical techniques to interpret large datasets and uncover insights to drive business growth.
  5. Develop and maintain data models, databases, and other data systems.
  6. Ensure data integrity and security, and comply with data privacy regulations.
  7. Monitor data quality and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
  8. Develop and maintain data analysis tools and dashboards for reporting and visualization.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management and analytics.
  10. Train and mentor team members on data management best practices.
  11. Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to acquire and integrate relevant data.
  13. Lead and participate in data strategy and planning meetings.
  14. Identify opportunities to improve data processes and systems to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Work with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues.
  16. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, and client base to better understand data needs.
  17. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Data Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Analysis Techniques And Tools And Be Able To Apply Them To Solve Complex Problems Related To Growth, Marketing, And Sales. This Includes Proficiency In Statistical Analysis, Data Visualization, And Data Mining.

  • Experience In Growth, Marketing & Sales: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Growth, Marketing, And Sales, Preferably In A Consulting Or Similar Role. This Will Enable Them To Understand The Unique Challenges And Opportunities In These Areas And Provide Data-Driven Solutions.

  • Familiarity With Data Management Tools: A Data Manager Should Be Proficient In Using Data Management Tools Such As Sql Databases, Data Warehouses, And Data Visualization Software. They Should Also Have Experience In Data Modeling And Data Governance.

  • Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Data Manager, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Marketing And Sales Professionals. Therefore, Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills Are Essential To Effectively Communicate Complex Data Insights And Work Collaboratively To Develop Data-Driven Strategies.

  • Project Management Skills: Mckinsey & Company Is A Fast-Paced Environment With Multiple Projects Running Simultaneously.
