  1. Develop and implement data management strategies to support client growth in the areas of marketing and sales.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and gather data from various sources.
  3. Clean, organize, and analyze large sets of data to identify patterns and trends.
  4. Develop and maintain databases to store and manage client data.
  5. Create reports and dashboards to present data-driven insights to clients.
  6. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular quality checks.
  7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and accuracy of data management.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management to continuously improve processes.
  9. Communicate with clients to understand their data needs and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
  10. Train and mentor junior members of the team on data management best practices.
  11. Collaborate with other teams within the company to integrate data management with other business functions.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data privacy regulations while handling sensitive client data.
  13. Proactively identify and resolve data issues to ensure smooth operations.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on data management for marketing and sales within the company.
  15. Participate in client meetings and presentations to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for business growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills: A Data Manager At Mckinsey & Company Should Have The Ability To Collect, Organize, And Analyze Large Sets Of Data To Identify Trends And Insights That Can Drive Growth In The Marketing And Sales Functions.

  • Experience With Data Management And Visualization Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Data Management And Visualization Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, And Power Bi To Effectively Extract And Present Data To Stakeholders.

  • Business Acumen: A Data Manager In This Role Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Growth, Marketing, And Sales Functions Within An Organization, And How Data Can Be Leveraged To Drive Business Outcomes. This Includes Knowledge Of Marketing And Sales Strategies, Customer Segmentation, And Lead Generation.

  • Communication Skills: As A Key Liaison Between The Data Team And The Growth, Marketing, And Sales Teams, A Data Manager Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Insights And Recommendations To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Project Management Experience: Mckinsey & Company Is Known For Its High-Quality Consulting Services, And A Data Manager Should Have Experience In Managing And Delivering Projects Within Tight Deadlines And Budgets While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
