- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive growth, marketing, and sales for clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand client needs and objectives and develop data solutions to support them.
- Manage and analyze large data sets to identify insights and trends that will inform business decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by implementing and maintaining data standards and processes.
- Design and create data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and use this knowledge to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret data to support business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their data needs and provide strategic recommendations.
- Train and mentor junior data analysts to build a strong and capable data management team.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data quality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement new data management tools and systems.
- Continuously track and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of data-driven strategies.
- Proactively identify and address any data management issues or challenges that may arise.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data management, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to upholding company values and ethical standards in all data management practices.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Analytics, Data Science, Or Marketing.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Data Management, Preferably In A Growth, Marketing, Or Sales Role.
Strong Analytical Skills And Familiarity With Data Manipulation And Visualization Tools Such As Sql, Tableau, Or Python.
Experience With Data-Driven Decision Making And The Ability To Translate Data Insights Into Actionable Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams From Different Backgrounds And Levels Of Expertise.
