
Data Analyst - Talent Branding and Engagement
In this role, you will work with stakeholders in Talent Attraction and T&D to ensure analytics are embedded in development roadmaps and deployed consistently. You will measure recruiting social media activity using social media measurement tools; assist with social media monitoring programs; and conduct careers website analytics. You will build custom dashboards, run ad-hoc reports, and generate centralized scorecards to help us capture digital and social KPIs. Your work will enable us to better understand the effectiveness of our content and adjust it as necessary to ensure we are communicating our distinctive offering to prospective candidates from a diverse range of backgrounds, experiences, and sources. You’ll be helping to inform and shape the strategy and future of Talent Branding and Marketing at the firm.
Experience with a number of web analytics and social media measurement tools for monitoring
4+ years of experience working in website analytics, digital/interactive advertising, or social media
Comfort working in a low structure, non-hierarchical environment
Strong understanding of how to leverage metrics to deliver key insights that help inform effective digital communications.
