Job Description

You will be responsible for the analytics behind a variety of market research and benchmarking efforts, primarily focusing on our client experience survey, including owning data sets, statistical models. In this role, you'll work with McKinsey colleagues from around the world, liaise directly with external clients. You will also support our consultants by preparing complex data analysis that will help solve client problems and deliver significant measurable impact.

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of relevant experience

  • Ability to structure and analyze data in appropriate framework (e.g., SPSS, Excel, Access, VBA, SQL)

  • Ability to act autonomously, bringing structure and organization to work

  • Some experience with statistical and forecasting methods (e.g., multivariate regression)
