Creative Lead

You will co-lead a multidisciplinary design unit, develop design strategies, solve complex problems and tailor compelling visual communications experiences for our clients. You will provide guidance and project oversight to a team of media designers that specialize in video & animation, illustration, UI and bespoke presentation design. In the day-to-day, you will maintain accurate and timely communications regarding project status, including budget, timelines and lead times for each design project. You will understand and empathize with internal customer teams' communication needs and effectively co-create solutions on the best media solution for challenging communication situations. You will help drive process improvements in your related domain, helping to scale up new services as a major contribution to new ways of collaborating with internal teams and clients.
