Contracts Counsel
You will draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements with suppliers. In this role, you will work on data licenses, services (such as market surveys and software development), SaaS and technology agreements. In addition, you will advise stakeholders on legal, business and information security risks as well as provide support on other global or regional initiatives as needed. Finally, you will build and share your expertise with others, including disseminating best practices to legal colleagues globally.
Experience counseling international clients on legal, business and information security risks and developing strategic solutions
Experience with EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a plus
3+ years of experience in law firm practice or comparable experience representing purchasers or sellers of products and services
