  8. Utilize project management skills to plan and execute procurement projects.
  9. Provide training and support to clients on procurement processes and tools.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within McKinsey & Company to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  11. Monitor and track progress of procurement projects and provide regular updates to clients.
  12. Continuously strive to improve and optimize procurement processes for clients.
  13. Represent McKinsey & Company as a subject matter expert in purchasing and procurement at industry events and conferences.
  14. Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills in procurement consulting.
  15. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and improve McKinsey's own procurement processes.
