  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of the current cyber risk landscape to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities for our clients.
  2. Develop comprehensive and customized strategies to mitigate cyber risks for our clients, taking into consideration their unique business needs and industry regulations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure the delivery of high-quality and innovative solutions to our clients.
  4. Lead and manage client engagements, including conducting workshops, interviews, and presentations to assess their cyber risk posture and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support in implementing cyber risk management frameworks and strategies.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in cyber risk and resilience and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve our services and offerings.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and demonstrating the value of our services.
  8. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives and board members.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  10. Represent McKinsey & Company at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and expertise on cyber risk and resilience.
