- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of cyber risk and resilience strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients on all aspects of cybersecurity and risk management.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including mentoring and training.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Cyber Risk & Resilience practice through thought leadership, business development, and client relationship management.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive client information.
- Represent McKinsey & Company and our Cyber Risk & Resilience practice in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Or Resilience Consulting Roles, Preferably In A Top Consulting Firm Or A Leading Organization.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Frameworks, Regulations, And Standards Such As Nist, Iso, Gdpr, And Ccpa.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Cyber Risk Management Strategies And Improving Organizational Resilience For Clients.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Conduct Thorough Risk Assessments And Develop Actionable Recommendations For Clients To Mitigate Cyber Risks.
