Compliance Specialist, Client Service Compliance

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the firm meets all applicable regulatory requirements.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Provide guidance and support on compliance matters to the firm’s clients.
4. Monitor and review current and proposed laws and regulations to identify changes that may impact the firm’s compliance obligations.
5. Investigate complaints and allegations of non-compliance and take appropriate action to address them.
6. Prepare and submit regulatory filings and reports.
7. Maintain records of compliance activities.
8. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
9. Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
10. Develop and deliver targeted training and awareness programs.
