
Compliance Specialist, Client Service Compliance
McKinsey & Company is looking for an outstanding Compliance Specialist, Client Service Compliance, to join our team and provide critical support in helping us to ensure our client service practices meet the highest industry standards. This individual will be responsible for analyzing our client service practices for compliance and making recommendations to ensure we remain in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; a minimum of three years of related experience in the field of audit, compliance, or risk management; strong analytical skills; and the ability to quickly identify risk and make sound recommendations. They must also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. They should also have experience in managing large scale compliance projects and be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Finally, they must be committed to upholding our company’s values and standards. Responsibilities:
- Analyze client service practices for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Make recommendations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage large scale compliance projects.
- Identify risk and make sound recommendations.
- Remain current on industry standards and new laws and regulations.
- Provide support and advice to the client service team.
- Create and maintain client service compliance documents.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s client service policies and procedures.
- Monitor client service activities to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide training to client service staff on client service compliance matters.
