Compliance Manager - Monitoring

McKinsey & Company is seeking an experienced and highly organized Compliance Manager - Monitoring to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company policies and procedures are meeting regulatory requirements. You will also conduct assessments to ensure that our compliance program is functioning properly and identify any areas of risk.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. You must also have extensive knowledge of the regulations and legal requirements related to compliance, as well as experience in a similar role. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and GRC software systems is also essential.We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be able to build relationships with key stakeholders and identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
