Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze applicable laws and regulations to ensure that McKinsey & Company is in compliance with all relevant requirements.
2. Identify, assess, and manage potential compliance risks.
3. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Monitor and review compliance processes and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
5. Document and investigate any potential compliance violations.
6. Provide guidance on legal and regulatory matters, corporate governance principles, and best practices.
7. Educate staff on regulatory compliance issues and ensure compliance training is up-to-date and relevant.
8. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of compliance trends and developments.
9. Stay abreast of changes in the legal and regulatory environment.
10. Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors.
