- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local and international laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure compliance requirements are met and maintained.
- Monitor and review internal processes to ensure adherence to compliance standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations to ensure the company’s compliance practices are current and effective.
- Train and educate employees on compliance policies and procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address any compliance issues.
- Investigate and resolve compliance incidents or violations, and make recommendations for corrective actions.
- Work closely with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of compliance activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall compliance and risk management.
- Serve as a point of contact for compliance inquiries from clients and other external stakeholders.
- Uphold the highest ethical standards and promote a culture of compliance and integrity within the organization.
- Continuously assess and improve compliance processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Diligence, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Firm
Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Anti-Corruption Laws And Data Privacy Regulations
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Clients.
