  1. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local and international laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  3. Collaborate with various teams and departments to ensure compliance requirements are met and maintained.
  4. Monitor and review internal processes to ensure adherence to compliance standards and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations to ensure the company’s compliance practices are current and effective.
  6. Train and educate employees on compliance policies and procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  7. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address any compliance issues.
  8. Investigate and resolve compliance incidents or violations, and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  9. Work closely with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of compliance activities and provide regular reports to management.
  11. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall compliance and risk management.
  12. Serve as a point of contact for compliance inquiries from clients and other external stakeholders.
  13. Uphold the highest ethical standards and promote a culture of compliance and integrity within the organization.
  14. Continuously assess and improve compliance processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Diligence, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Firm

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As Anti-Corruption Laws And Data Privacy Regulations

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Clients.
