  1. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local and international laws and regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments on clients and potential business partners.
  3. Monitor and analyze potential compliance risks and advise on appropriate actions to mitigate them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  5. Monitor and report on the firm's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Train and educate employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  7. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with policies and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for compliance inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
  9. Stay current with changes in laws and regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  10. Work with external auditors and regulators during compliance investigations.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities.
  12. Assist with the development and implementation of compliance training programs.
  13. Conduct research and analysis on compliance-related topics and provide recommendations for improvement.
  14. Collaborate with the global compliance team to share best practices and ensure consistency in compliance efforts.
  15. Uphold the firm's values and promote a culture of ethical behavior and compliance throughout the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Compliance Risks.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Law.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Diligence-Related Roles.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Best Practices In The Industry.
