- Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies to ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance procedures and processes to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify potential compliance risks and provide guidance on how to mitigate them.
- Review and evaluate contracts, proposals, and other project documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and track compliance activities, identify any potential issues, and make recommendations for corrective action.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with company policies and procedures, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices and provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
- Work closely with external auditors and regulatory agencies, providing necessary information and documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and provide regular updates to management.
- Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, responding to inquiries and providing necessary information.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance compliance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to compliance across all projects.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance And Diligence, Preferably In A Consulting Or Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements, Including Anti-Bribery And Corruption Laws.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Compliance Risks.
Demonstrated Project Management Experience, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
