  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies to ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
  2. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance procedures and processes to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with project teams to identify potential compliance risks and provide guidance on how to mitigate them.
  4. Review and evaluate contracts, proposals, and other project documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and track compliance activities, identify any potential issues, and make recommendations for corrective action.
  6. Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with company policies and procedures, and make recommendations for improvement.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices and provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
  9. Work closely with external auditors and regulatory agencies, providing necessary information and documentation as required.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and provide regular updates to management.
  11. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, responding to inquiries and providing necessary information.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance compliance efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to compliance across all projects.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance And Diligence, Preferably In A Consulting Or Corporate Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements, Including Anti-Bribery And Corruption Laws.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Compliance Risks.

  • Demonstrated Project Management Experience, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
