- Implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential compliance risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Monitor and update compliance training programs for employees.
- Serve as the main point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external regulatory bodies.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations and communicate any updates to the team.
- Review and approve internal and external communications to ensure they comply with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports for management.
- Investigate and address any compliance violations or issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities.
- Conduct trainings and workshops to educate staff on compliance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with legal counsel and other departments to ensure compliance with client contracts and agreements.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to compliance and risk management.
- Uphold the firm's values and ethical standards in all aspects of work.
