  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and internal policies to ensure compliance for McKinsey & Company.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential compliance issues and provide recommendations for corrective action.
  3. Collaborate with various teams and departments to implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures.
  4. Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices to ensure McKinsey's compliance practices remain current.
  5. Investigate any potential compliance violations and work with management to address and resolve any issues.
  6. Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance activities and reports for management.
  8. Monitor and review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for new employees.
  10. Act as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Due Diligence, Or Risk Management

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Best Practices
