- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Monitor and track changes in relevant laws and regulations and update compliance policies accordingly.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address any compliance gaps.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance best practices and standards.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and reports.
- Investigate and respond to compliance inquiries and concerns from internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compliance to continuously improve the firm's compliance program.
- Communicate and report on compliance efforts and progress to senior management.
- Foster a culture of compliance and ethical behavior within the organization.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to compliance as assigned by management.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Law, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Due Diligence, Or Risk Management
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Best Practices In A Variety Of Industries
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
