- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Monitor and assess compliance risks across all areas of the organization and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address compliance issues and develop solutions.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory agencies as required.
- Investigate and respond to any compliance-related complaints or issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities and documentation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of compliance-related projects and initiatives.
- Act as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from clients, vendors, and other external parties.
- Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of the compliance program.
- Represent the company in external compliance audits and ensure all necessary documentation and information is readily available.
- Collaborate with legal counsel on compliance-related matters and provide support for legal proceedings, if necessary.
- Uphold and promote the company's values and culture of integrity and ethical behavior.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Diligence, Or Risk Management
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Law, Or A Related Field
Strong Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Compliance Frameworks, Such As Gdpr, Fcpa, Or Iso 27001
Excellent Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail
Ability To Communicate Effectively And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Legal, Finance, And It Departments.
