- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
- Provide guidance to consultants on compliance matters and serve as a resource for any compliance-related questions or concerns.
- Monitor and track compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes.
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations and communicate any changes or updates to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Investigate and address any potential violations of compliance policies or regulations.
- Work closely with the legal team to ensure all contracts and agreements are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs for employees.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies and management.
- Identify areas for improvement in the compliance program and make recommendations for process enhancements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities.
- Collaborate with external auditors during compliance audits.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the compliance program.
- Uphold the firm's values and ethical standards in all compliance-related activities.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Law, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Diligence, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Firm
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance Laws And Industry Standards
Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients
