  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in alignment with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance processes are effectively communicated and followed.
  4. Monitor and track compliance training and ensure all employees are up-to-date on relevant regulations and policies.
  5. Collect, analyze, and report on compliance data and trends to senior management.
  6. Investigate any potential violations and recommend appropriate disciplinary action.
  7. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the firm's compliance requirements.
  8. Conduct due diligence on potential clients and partners to ensure they meet our ethical and legal standards.
  9. Provide guidance and support to employees on compliance-related issues and inquiries.
  10. Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  11. Collaborate with global compliance teams to ensure consistency and alignment with firm-wide compliance initiatives.
  12. Promote a culture of compliance and integrity within the organization.
  13. Participate in compliance training and education to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  14. Keep accurate and organized records to demonstrate the firm's commitment to compliance.
  15. Report regularly to senior management on the firm's compliance status and any potential risks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Diligence, Preferably In A Consulting Or Financial Services Environment

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards Related To Compliance And Diligence

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
