- Conduct regular reviews of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with client contracts and agreements.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities.
- Investigate and resolve any compliance violations or issues that arise.
- Communicate with external regulatory agencies as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote compliance awareness.
- Stay informed of industry best practices and make recommendations for improving compliance processes.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of McKinsey & Company's business and operations.
- Provide support and guidance to colleagues on compliance-related matters.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Diligence, Or Risk Management
Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Compliance Standards
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
