As a key member of our Communications team, your contributions will play a critical role in shaping our brand and driving business growth.

  1. Develop and implement paid media campaigns that align with our overall brand and business goals.
  2. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in digital and paid media to inform campaign strategies and tactics.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and client teams, to ensure alignment and cohesion in messaging and branding.
  4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for optimization and make data-driven recommendations.
  5. Manage relationships with external media partners and vendors to negotiate rates and placements.
  6. Create and maintain a budget for paid media activities, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the organization to gain support and buy-in for paid media strategies.
  8. Manage the production and delivery of high-quality, engaging paid media content, including ads, videos, and other assets.
  9. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure paid media campaigns are integrated with other marketing initiatives.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve upon our paid media strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all paid media campaigns are consistent with our brand voice and values.
  12. Provide regular updates and reports on paid media campaign performance to stakeholders and leadership.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members on paid media best practices and campaign management.
  14. Keep abreast of industry developments and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies and tactics into our paid media strategy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Managing Paid Media Campaigns, Preferably In A Consulting Or Agency Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Advertising Platforms, Such As Google Ads, Facebook Ads, And Linkedin Ads.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Inform Campaign Optimization And Strategic Decision Making.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Successful Paid Media Campaigns And Achieving Measurable Results For Clients.
