  1. Develop and implement innovative and impactful paid media strategies to support the firm's messaging and client work.
  2. Monitor and analyze paid media performance data to inform and optimize ongoing campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to understand business objectives and develop targeted paid media plans.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and evolve paid media strategies.
  5. Create and manage paid media budgets and timelines, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  6. Work with external vendors and agencies to execute and optimize paid media campaigns.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with media partners and negotiate favorable rates and placements.
  8. Ensure all paid media activities align with the firm's brand and messaging guidelines.
  9. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and effective ad copy and visuals.
  10. Provide regular reports and insights on paid media performance to internal stakeholders and clients.
  11. Stay informed on relevant industry regulations and compliance guidelines.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members on paid media best practices and processes.
  13. Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve paid media processes and workflows.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on paid media within the organization, providing guidance and recommendations to internal teams.
  15. Represent the firm and its values in all external communications and interactions.

Job Qualifications
