  1. Develop and implement paid media strategies to effectively reach and engage target audience.
  2. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms including social media, search engines, and display advertising.
  3. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI and drive results.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging and branding alignment across all paid media efforts.
  5. Conduct market research and stay current on industry trends to inform paid media strategies.
  6. Create and manage budgets for paid media campaigns.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key media partners and vendors.
  8. Stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies in paid media to continuously improve and innovate our campaigns.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid media efforts with other marketing and communication initiatives.
  10. Create and deliver reports on campaign performance to key stakeholders.
  11. Identify and implement opportunities for A/B testing and optimization.
  12. Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to paid media.
  13. Train and mentor junior members of the communications team on paid media strategy and execution.
  14. Support the overall communications strategy and contribute to the firm's brand and messaging through paid media efforts.
  15. Stay informed on industry news and competitor activity to inform paid media strategies and stay ahead of the curve.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Paid Media Strategy And Execution, Preferably In A Consulting Or Agency Setting

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Optimizing Paid Media Campaigns, Including Budget Management And Roi Analysis
