- Develop and implement paid media strategies to effectively reach and engage target audience.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms including social media, search engines, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI and drive results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging and branding alignment across all paid media efforts.
- Conduct market research and stay current on industry trends to inform paid media strategies.
- Create and manage budgets for paid media campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media partners and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies in paid media to continuously improve and innovate our campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid media efforts with other marketing and communication initiatives.
- Create and deliver reports on campaign performance to key stakeholders.
- Identify and implement opportunities for A/B testing and optimization.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to paid media.
- Train and mentor junior members of the communications team on paid media strategy and execution.
- Support the overall communications strategy and contribute to the firm's brand and messaging through paid media efforts.
- Stay informed on industry news and competitor activity to inform paid media strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Paid Media Strategy And Execution, Preferably In A Consulting Or Agency Setting
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients
Proven Track Record Of Managing And Optimizing Paid Media Campaigns, Including Budget Management And Roi Analysis
