  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy for McKinsey & Company, in alignment with overall communications goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, key messaging, and optimal channels for paid media campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and implement innovative and effective paid media campaigns.
  4. Monitor and track paid media performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimizations and improvements.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in paid media, and share insights and recommendations with the team.
  6. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and develop tailored paid media strategies to drive measurable results.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on paid media, providing guidance and support to colleagues and clients.
  8. Manage budgets and timelines for paid media campaigns, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  9. Prepare and present reports on paid media performance to internal stakeholders and clients.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid media strategies with other marketing and communications efforts.
  11. Maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as media agencies and platforms, to ensure access to the latest tools and resources.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for McKinsey & Company, maintaining consistency and quality in all paid media communications.
  13. Contribute to the development of the overall communications strategy and objectives for the company.
  14. Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and feedback on paid media tactics and strategies.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in paid media strategies and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Paid Media Strategy And Execution.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Platforms And Analytics Tools Such As Google Adwords, Google Analytics, And Facebook Ads Manager.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Create Compelling Marketing Content.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing And Optimizing Paid Media Campaigns To Drive Roi And Achieve Business Goals.
