- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of paid media strategies with overall communication goals.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and track campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with media partners to ensure cost-effective and impactful campaigns.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling messaging and visuals for paid media campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to any issues or crises related to paid media communications.
- Support the development of thought leadership content and thought leadership campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all communication channels.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients and internal stakeholders on paid media opportunities and strategies.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of McKinsey & Company's brand and values to ensure all paid media communications are in line with the company's standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve paid media processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent McKinsey & Company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential partners.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Paid Media Planning And Execution, Preferably In A Consulting Or Agency Setting.
Proficient In Using Various Paid Media Platforms, Such As Google Ads, Facebook Ads, And Linkedin Ads.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
