  1. Develop and execute paid media strategies to support the overall communication goals of the organization.
  2. Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, search, and display advertising.
  3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure the effectiveness and ROI of paid media efforts.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted messaging and creative assets for paid media campaigns.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid media to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
  6. Maintain and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support paid media efforts.
  7. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company guidelines in all paid media communications.
  8. Identify and execute opportunities for paid media partnerships and collaborations.
  9. Assist in managing budgets and allocating resources for paid media campaigns.
  10. Develop and present reports on paid media performance to stakeholders within the organization.
  11. Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for McKinsey & Company in all paid media communications.
  12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of paid media efforts with overall marketing and communication strategies.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges that may arise in paid media campaigns.
  14. Continuously monitor and assess the competitive landscape to inform paid media strategies.
  15. Train and mentor junior team members to support their growth and development in the field of paid media.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Paid Media, Preferably In A Consulting Or Agency Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Media Landscape And Experience With Various Paid Media Channels (E.g. Google Ads, Social Media Advertising, Programmatic Buying).

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Paid Media Campaigns, Including Budget Management And Optimization.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Complex Ideas And Data.
