- Develop and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy for McKinsey & Company, in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences and determine the most effective paid media channels for reaching them.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling and impactful messaging for paid media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze paid media performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Manage paid media budgets and ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid media, and make recommendations for incorporating new tactics and technologies into McKinsey's strategy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment between paid media and other marketing and communication efforts.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for McKinsey & Company, ensuring that all paid media messaging and creative align with the company's brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media partners, negotiating rates and placements to maximize ROI.
- Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on paid media performance and impact on business goals.
- Continuously monitor and adjust paid media strategy to ensure maximum reach and impact, staying agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support in their development.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Paid Media, Preferably In A Consulting Or Agency Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Business, Or Related Field.
Expertise In Developing And Executing Paid Media Strategies Across Various Platforms, Including But Not Limited To Google Ads, Facebook Ads, And Linkedin Ads.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data-Driven Decision Making, Including A/B Testing And Performance Tracking.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients To Achieve Project Goals And Objectives.
