  1. Develop and implement paid media strategies to support the firm's overall communication goals and objectives.
  2. Create engaging and impactful content for paid media channels, including but not limited to social media, digital advertising, and sponsored content.
  3. Monitor and analyze paid media campaigns to ensure they are meeting business objectives and make adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media messaging with overall communication strategy and brand messaging.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in paid media to continually improve and innovate our approach.
  6. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to execute paid media campaigns effectively and efficiently.
  7. Develop and maintain a budget for paid media campaigns and provide regular updates on spending and ROI.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to measure the success and impact of paid media campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  9. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the firm's target audience and tailor paid media messaging to effectively reach and engage them.
  10. Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistency and alignment across all communication channels.
  11. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and insights to inform paid media messaging and campaigns.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on paid media strategies and techniques, providing guidance and support to colleagues and teams across the firm.
  13. Continuously monitor and track industry and competitor paid media activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
  14. Maintain and uphold the firm's brand guidelines and standards in all paid media communications.
  15. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that may arise in paid media campaigns and work towards finding solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Paid Media, With A Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Platforms.

  • Expertise In Managing And Optimizing Paid Media Campaigns Across Various Channels, Such As Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Etc.

  • Familiarity With Analytics Tools And The Ability To Track And Report On Campaign Performance And Roi.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Campaign Strategies And Results To Clients.
