  1. Develop and implement paid media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business results for McKinsey & Company.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of paid media efforts with overall marketing and communications strategy.
  3. Monitor and analyze paid media performance to identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven recommendations.
  4. Manage relationships with external partners and media vendors to negotiate contracts and maximize return on investment.
  5. Create and manage paid media budgets, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in paid media to continuously innovate and improve the company's approach.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Use Data To Inform Paid Media Strategies And Optimizations
