Change Management Internal Communications Initiative Specialist

In this role, you will apply a user-centric approach to influence the creation, delivery, and messaging of Optimize products, and services. You will create change management strategies using the full influence model and engage proactively and collaboratively with initiative leaders, project team members, suppliers, and other key office stakeholders to understand their needs and the needs of colleagues. You will develop messaging for leadership, pilot and rollout launch kits for regional/office implementations, as well as application notifications, and training materials. you will track and analyze adoption of our products and services to measure progress and continuously identify opportunities to improve adoption strategies. You will role model and influence building initiative team members’ baseline skills in project management.
